CARTS has always married the learning experience of the technical conference with the networking atmosphere in the complimentary exhibit arena.

Exhibit Services Included

CARTS staff will be present to take care of all arrangements, to answer any questions and to cater to special needs that you and your visitors may have. This means that you, as an exhibitor, only have to look after promoting your products and meeting your customers.

Included in your participation:

  • All Booth Spaces (8'x10')
  • Carpeted ballroom
  • Flameproof booth back drapes 8' high and side dividers 3' high.
  • Two attendants per booth; One attendant per Table Top ($50 fee for each additional attendant)
  • One electrical outlet, if ordered before Feb 3.
  • Move In: March 26-27, 2012
  • Identification number and sign.
  • One covered table and two folding chairs, if ordered before February 3*
  • Service kits
  • Guest passes for exhibition*
  • Complete detailed computer printout of all conference/exhibition delegates
  • Tear Down: March 29 - 30, 2012
